Your baby’s baptism is a chance to celebrate their new life in Christ with all your friends and family.

During the service, the priest introduces everybody. Then the parents and the godparents reaffirm their own faith and promise to guide and support the child in their belief throughout their life’s journey. The service follows the liturgy for baptism with prayers, two hymns, a bible reading and a short talk, and culminates with everybody gathering round the font for the moment the child is baptised.

You’ll meet the priest in advance and Barbara will guide you through your preparation. All you need to do at this stage is just to get in touch.
